Noter

Notes, tasks, mail and calendar in one quiet place.

One app for the small stuff that runs a life: quick notes, tasks with due dates, the inbox, the week ahead and the things you want to remember. Everything is tagged, so it finds itself again.

Noter's email view with invented mail from a colleague, a bike shop and a bank, grouped by today and yesterday.
01

Write it down, tag it, move on

Notes and log entries land in one feed, grouped by day. A hashtag is all the filing there is.

A feed of invented notes for today, yesterday and the last seven days, each with its tags.
02

Tasks that know when they're due

Tasks are notes with a date. They group themselves by when they're due and then by tag, and one tap pushes a task to tomorrow.

Five invented tasks due today, grouped under energy, home and work.
03

The inbox, without the noise

Gmail and Outlook in the same list. Sender rules decide what reaches you, and when a sign-in code arrives the code is pulled out and sent straight to your phone.

Invented emails in Noter, one a sign-in code from a made-up bank.
04

The week at a glance

Your Google calendar as an agenda, read-only, right next to the tasks it competes with.

An agenda week with invented meetings: a stand-up, a workshop and a bike service.
05

Things, and what they cost

Keep the facts you always look up, and watch the price of what you're about to buy. The price history is checked every morning.

Three invented price watches with their price history, above three remembered things.
